Interrentye | Bush Products
Interrentye is an old Arrernte word meaning binding together or mending of the body. As young women we sat and learned with our elders at Akeyulerre, collecting and preparing bush medicines to give to our community. From this we built the Interrentye Traditional Healing Products social enterprise and have been sharing our unique healing products with the wider community for many years. We now have long term jobs that involve spending time with our elders on country, learning important cultural knowledge, as well as building skills and experience running a small business.
Our products are made in the old way, by our hands with love and pride. They protect and heal. The rubs contain sustainably harvested plant materials, oils, and beeswax.
